Ruby’s take on Makeup

Somebody (ie the wife) allowed Ruby to 'play with makeup'.

She wanted to look like "the blue girl in Avatar"…….. I think she may have succeeded!

I think she looks more like a ganguro (minus the tan)  from Harajuku!!
