Serious question for those who know this stuff. Our (now ex) premier was being investigated by ICAC for corruption and had now resigned. Does that mean she won’t have to face ICAC now? If she doesn’t have to face ICAC (because she resigned), doesn’t that make the whole ICAC process expensive and kind of redundant ? If she still has to face ICAC, why resign so suddenly? Serious question as mentioned as I’m genuinely curious.
