Well, this was a rude way to start the year.
Something happened to my server (again) and I lost the database that essentially runs my site. That means I have lost nearly 10 years of memories including the birth of my two kids, random thoughts, projects and comments. I’ve worked for the past two weeks trying to resurrect the db but to no avail. I might be able to go back and re-post a lot of the blog and back date it but that will be a lot of work and it may not work at all.
Still have a bit of work to do on metatemporal.com as my wiki is not connecting but I’m hoping that its a simple job ie less than a couple of days work!!
Hope this is not a sign of the year ahead…..
